We’re thrilled to launch Tava Scribe, our proprietary AI-powered automatic notetaker for therapists. As part of our commitment to making therapy accessible to everyone, we streamlined the process of taking session notes for therapists–empowering them to provide higher quality care. Not only does this remove a pain point for therapists who are often inundated with session notes that add additional work and stress, but it also means that therapists can focus more on the patient during the session and worry less about their notes. We’ve made paying for therapy easier for clients, and receiving payments easier for therapists by taking the payment process in-house. Once the insurance company adjudicates a claim, the remaining balance, if there is any, is automatically charged to the card on file. This card can be a debit card or credit card. HSA, FSA, HRA cards can be used as well, but they will not cover late cancelations or no-show fees. For more information on payment processing, read this help article.

Notable new contracts include Anthem BlueCross BlueShield in New York, extending access to 3.7 million people, and United Healthcare, which now covers an additional 3.8 million members across multiple states.
